• Please note all rates are quoted in ZAR (Rand) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates for the rooms include breakfast, prices for the self-catering unit do not include breakfast.
• Rates include a welcome drink and the room service.
• Children all ages are welcome and we offer special children rate (e.g. 0-3 years free)
• Free off-street secure parking for guests and visitors.
• Transfers available between the guest house and the International Airport or Cape Town (see prices below).

• A deposit of 25 % is required to secure your accommodation, balance due 14 days before arrival. If the booking is 10 days or less prior to arrival, 100 % is due immediately.

  Written confirmation of reservation is issued on receipt of this deposit in our account.

•  Cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date will lead to a payment of 25 % of the booking price. Cancellation after that, or failing to arrive at all, will lead to payment of 100 % of the booking price.
• In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
• Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.
